designs processes
to meet and to co-create.
Our process relies on all the voices in the room, makes space to connect meaningfully and plays with ways to see things afresh. The work involves listening, sharing, reflection and action: Looking for ways to maximise the capacity in the room.
Our practice is to explore the potential in any group to create the next thing. The next thing for the group. The next thing for the individuals. The next thing for the project.
We work face to face in Te Tai Tokerau, Aotearoa.
Workshops
A work in process
Combining coaching techniques and creative processes our work is tailored specifically to the team, individual or project.
Our workshops and groups are co-creative spaces, designed to recognise capacity and grow potential through connection.
Beginning with what’s ‘alive’ in the room, we collaborate to uncover what’s possible.
TEAM WORKSHOPS
- We work with existing teams who want to clarify their vision or examine new possibilities.
GROUP WORKSHOPS
- We run group sessions where individuals explore their own ideas in a supported group context.
Flexible
We start where you are at.
Robust
We draw on the diversity in the group or in your organisation to strengthen the work.
Adaptive
We operate in response to what is in front of us.
Realistic
We work with the resources to hand, often asking ‘what is the smallest thing we could do?’
Easeful
Not ‘easy’. We follow the energy of the group; noticing what feels easeful and what feels hard as critical information.
Interlinking
We look for the network of experiences and interactions and collaborate to keep widening the net: Linking people ideas and acts of change.
People

Bindy Caesar
Bindy brings 14 years of facilitation and coaching in leadership, with roots in strategic communications and more recently, a growing presence in creative work.
“In my work with 2SEED, I focus on what’s alive in the room, slowing down to reveal what sits beneath. I see pathways through complexity, weave ideas into new possibilities, and connect with what others feel.””
Bindy has worked with government agencies, non-profits, and the private sector, and has found that connection and relationships sit at the heart of everything. Grounded in empathy, generosity, and clear boundaries, she creates space for people to find their own way.

Penny Fitt
Penny has been a theatre-maker and educator for over 35 years. She brings her experience in designing curriculum and group learning to this collaboration.
” I know that exploring my own process and questions in the right group context allows me to see my challenges and remember my strengths. For me the 2:SEED work creates the environment I need to support my creative practice. I value the genuine exchange and the micro-moments of realisation: These expand my process and I get to witness others expanding theirs.”
Penny taught design for performance and also co-delivered the RukuAo leadership programme as part of her work at Te Kura Toi Whakaari O Aotearoa :NZ Drama School.
Our Passion

We want to be in spaces where there is time to notice what is occurring in that moment and with that combination of people.
Our workshops can be designed with an overt purpose with clear content, or be structured to allow for more spontaneity and responsive exchange.
Whatever the workshop, we experience moments of shift, where something is emerging as a result of who is there and how we are all hearing each other. In the complexity of each group, we are continually humbled and inspired by every small encounter.
We like to hold onto questions that open up new territory. We let go of the discomfort of getting stuck and trust in the capacity of the group.
Co-delivery is key; noticing how differently we approach a thing and how similarly; giving each other space and respect to explore through our own lens, and how this allows others in the room to do the same.
collaborators
What participants have to say.

“This was such a gift for us as young people. This workshop gave us the certainty that we know what we are doing. I would definitely recommend this to groups of young people engaging with their community and social change.”
Team Workshop

“I really appreciated everyone’s respect for one another and for the group practice. You set things up to keep the mana intact. A very warm, safe space to connect and reflect. It’s what we should be doing with everyone we interact with; up-skilling ourselves in this human experience.”
Group Workshop

“The intimate, deeply satisfying, and free-ranging exploration of the creative process, made possible through the expertise of Bindy and Penny, strengthens both the individual group members and the communities they come from.
2:SEED’s work transcends sector segmentation enabling participants whether they were dancers, song writers, actors, poets, et al… to find, witness and learn from a rich wellspring of commonalities.
These workshops open doors, hearts and minds. “
